Episode 16: Bill and Billie Dawson

Elisabeth Dawson speaks with Bill and Billie Dawson. Before retiring, Bill worked as an accountant and financial consultant for the Ithaca Housing Authority (NY), where he implemented Asset Management, Project Based Accounting and prepared financial statements and annual reports. Much of his career before then was directed toward implementing technical oriented accounting solutions that involved automated transaction processing. Before retiring, Billie worked as the Director of Resident Services at the Ithaca Housing Authority and before then, various positions in the field of human services.
